This project is a gasification frame steel structure project for Huiteng's annual production of 600000 tons of ethylene glycol steel. The main body of the gasification frame steel structure is connected by cross columns, box columns, and H-shaped steel beams, mainly using flange plate groove welding connection method. The gasification frame has a reinforced concrete structure at an elevation of 32 meters and below, and a steel frame structure from 32 meters to 95 meters, with a total steel consumption of approximately 3500 tons.

The project covers a total area of 630 acres and will be implemented in stages, with the first phase producing 260000 tons per year and the second phase producing 340000 tons per year. The production capacity of ethylene glycol in this project is mainly constrained by the supply of raw material coke oven gas. According to the current production situation of the company's existing coking unit, the stable supply capacity of coke oven gas is 64500NM3/H. Based on this raw material gas volume, it is verified that the annual scale of the ethylene glycol unit of 260000 tons (Phase I) is relatively reasonable, and its operation is not affected by fluctuations in raw materials. The investment is low, and the entire series can achieve 100% full load production.

The steel structure outer ring column is mainly vertical bearing and lateral force resistance structure, including column, inclined beam and inclined brace. All steel columns, beams and struts are Q345C low alloy structural steel; Low hydrogen electrode is used for welding.
