Project Overview: The project covers a total area of 630 acres and will be implemented in stages, with the first phase producing 260000 tons per year and the second phase producing 340000 tons per year. The production capacity of ethylene glycol in this project is mainly constrained by the supply of raw material coke oven gas. According to the current production situation of the company's existing coking unit, the stable supply capacity of coke oven gas is 64500NM3/H. Based on this raw material gas volume, it is verified that the annual scale of the ethylene glycol unit of 260000 tons (Phase I) is relatively reasonable, and its operation is not affected by fluctuations in raw materials. The investment is low, and the entire series can achieve 100% full load production.
