product description
Steel box girder bridges are a type of bridge known for their high structural strength and stability, widely used in important engineering projects such as highways, railways, urban river crossings, and elevated bridges. Their unique steel box girder structure provides enhanced load-bearing capacity and resistance to wind and seismic forces, enabling stable operation over long periods in complex environments.
1. High-quality steel, robust and durable
Constructed from high-strength steel, these bridges possess excellent corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, and bending strength, ensuring the bridge maintains its structural integrity even in extreme weather and harsh environments. The closed structure of the steel box girder not only enhances the bridge's lateral force and torsional resistance but also effectively reduces the impact of wind loads.
2. Efficient construction, shorter construction time
With mature manufacturing and installation processes, modern prefabrication and assembly techniques significantly shorten construction periods and minimize traffic disruption. Simultaneously, the prefabrication of steel box girders ensures the quality and precision of each component, further improving the overall safety of the bridge.
3. Aesthetically pleasing and practical, adaptable to various environments
The bridges have a simple and elegant appearance with a smooth deck, suitable for various traffic needs. Whether for large-span bridges or elevated sections, steel box girders provide stable and reliable support, fully meeting the demands of modern transportation. The flexibility of its structural design allows it to adapt to various complex terrains and environments, meeting the needs of different projects.
With their high strength, high stability, and high adaptability, steel box girder bridges have become an ideal choice in contemporary bridge engineering, widely used in numerous important infrastructure projects worldwide, demonstrating their exceptional engineering value and long service life.

Qinzhen Interchange of Xi'an Outer Ring Expressway (South Section) is located on the west side of Qindu Town, connected with Xihu first-class highway, and bears the function of mutual conversion between urban roads and expressways. The Qinzhen Overpass K8+095.75 Fuyi Elevated Bridge has 18 spans on the left and 16 spans on the right. The second span is a (60+80+60) meter steel box concrete composite bridge, and the main beam is made of high weather-resistant steel Q370qDNH groove steel composite beam. The width of the roadway slab is 16.9m, and the total height of the main beam is 4.0m. K-shaped braces are used inside the main beam, with a longitudinal spacing of 4m. The carriageway slab is made of a precast concrete slab, which is prefabricated horizontally for the full width and equipped with transverse prestressing. Reserved nail holes are reserved on the roadway slab, and bundled welding nails are installed on the upper flange plate of the steel beam corresponding to the welding nail holes and wet joints. After the prefabricated roadway slab is positioned and installed, the welding nail holes and wet joint concrete are poured to connect with the steel beam.
