Project Overview: The Xiaoqing River Resumption Project is an important part of the comprehensive management plan for the Xiaoqing River Basin in Shandong Province. It is the first batch of selected projects in the Shandong Province's major project library for the conversion of old and new kinetic energy, and is also a key inland waterway construction project promoted by the Shandong Provincial Party Committee and Shandong Provincial Government in recent years. The resumption project covers five cities along the Xiaoqing River, with a total length of 169.2 kilometers and an estimated investment of 13.59 billion yuan. The planned construction period is 3 years. It will officially operate in 2022 and operate for a period of 27 years until 2048. Shandong Ocean Group will jointly establish a project company with China Railway Construction Corporation to be responsible for the overall construction and operation of the project.
