Huangling Power Plant project adopt H-shaped steel temporary foundation instead of concrete temporary foundation support through innovation, which not only saves costs, but also greatly improves construction efficiency, staffs responding to the goal of Lean Production Management of our company and Party A. The first unit completed the installation of 2,400 tons in 18 days, setting a construction record for this type of project, and the second unit was further optimized to 15 days, fully demonstrating the spirit of our crack team production campaign .

This project responds to the Lean Production Management goal of our company and Party A, and sets a typical example for saving and creating efficiency for such project. For the first time adopt steel structure prefabrication foundation, which reduces the cost of engineering project measures and improves work efficiency. Our company has applied for the patent. This project 1# unit 2500 tons completed in 18 days to create the first construction speed of this type of project.
